A reputable law firm in Spokane, WA, is actively seeking an experienced and motivated Plaintiff Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join their team. Duties:
Manage personal injury cases from start to finish, including medical record review, subrogation, and drafting settlement demands.
Maintain regular communication with clients and adjusters to effectively move cases forward.
Draft legal documents such as settlement demand letters, mediation briefs, and motions.
Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and depositions.
Lead and mentor paralegals and support staff to enhance team performance and case management efficiency.
Requirements:
Active admission to the Washington State Bar (Idaho license is required, assistance with the process is provided).
Minimum of 2 years of experience handling personal injury cases.
Strong advocacy and negotiation skills.
Ability to effectively communicate with clients, adjusters, and the legal team.
Tech-savvy with experience using Microsoft Office and case management software.
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a legal team.
Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
Active license to practice law in Washington State (or eligibility to obtain).
Idaho State Bar license (if not already obtained, support for the process will be provided).
Skills:
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Strong research and analytical abilities.
Proficiency with case management software and standard office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
