A reputable law firm in Spokane, WA, is actively seeking an experienced and motivated Plaintiff Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in personal injury law and a commitment to providing exceptional legal support.

Duties:

  • Manage personal injury cases from start to finish, including medical record review, subrogation, and drafting settlement demands.

  • Maintain regular communication with clients and adjusters to effectively move cases forward.

  • Draft legal documents such as settlement demand letters, mediation briefs, and motions.

  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and depositions.

  • Lead and mentor paralegals and support staff to enhance team performance and case management efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Active admission to the Washington State Bar (Idaho license is required, assistance with the process is provided).

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience handling personal injury cases.

  • Strong advocacy and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients, adjusters, and the legal team.

  • Tech-savvy with experience using Microsoft Office and case management software.

  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a legal team.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active license to practice law in Washington State (or eligibility to obtain).

  • Idaho State Bar license (if not already obtained, support for the process will be provided).

Skills:

  • Excellent writing and communication skills.

  • Strong research and analytical abilities.

  • Proficiency with case management software and standard office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).

  • Ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Effective negotiation and dispute resolution capabilities.
