Duties

• Manage a caseload involving family law and criminal law matters
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations
• Assist the managing partner with case preparations, client consultations, and other legal tasks
• Ensure that all case-related documentation is completed and filed in a timely manner

Requirements

• 0-3 years of legal experience, preferably in family law or criminal law
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and client-relations skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced legal environment

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Admission to the Texas State Bar
