The candidate will be expected to be the primary lawyer on a docket of civil rights pro bono matters and help guide lawyers throughout the firm generally on this subject matter; help oversee and administer the firm’s civil rights docket (e.g., maintain status updates, address staffing needs, track data); help promote participation in those cases within the firm; lead and coordinate relevant training; help screen new potential matters; work with marketing and other administrative groups within the firm as needed; and more. Must be licensed to practice in the state where the office resides.
