Duties
- Collaborate with the Tax group on renewable energy tax credit projects.
- Document and negotiate tax equity transactions.
- Draft tax credit transfer agreements for sponsors or investors.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of investment tax credits.
- Experience in tax equity transactions preferred.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
Certifications
- Bar admission in the relevant state.

- Excellent negotiation and documentation skills.
