Duties

Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Virginia.
• State or district courtroom experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with technology.
• Knowledge of real estate, title, bankruptcy, and/or debt collection is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Virginia Bar License (required).
• Maryland and North Carolina Bar Licenses (a plus).
