A prominent law firm is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Litigation Associate to join its dynamic Litigation group in the Dallas office. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a nationally recognized practice group, offering competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package. The ideal candidate will have experience handling complex litigation matters, including motions, discovery, and trial preparation.

Analyze, research, and draft briefs addressing sophisticated legal issues in complex litigation.
Handle motions to dismiss, summary judgment motions, class certification motions, writs, and appeals in state and federal court.
Assist with trial preparation and participate in court appearances.
Manage cases, including coordinating with clients, handling discovery, and preparing for depositions.
Argue motions and take/defend depositions.
Provide strategic and analytical input throughout the litigation process.
Participate in community and professional organizations for ongoing professional development.
Minimum 3 to 4 years of litigation experience.
Strong academic background, particularly in legal research, writing, and analysis.
Proven experience in trial preparation and court appearances.
Experience in drafting and arguing motions, including motions to dismiss, summary judgment, and class certification.
Experience in case management, including handling discovery and depositions.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
High degree of maturity, a willingness to learn, and the ability to take on significant responsibilities.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Admission to the Texas Bar.
J.D. from an accredited law school.
Admitted to the Texas Bar.
Strong legal research and writing skills.
Experience with case management and handling complex litigation matters.
