Duties

• Attend court appearances weekly, both in person and virtually.

• Draft, edit, and file legal documents.
• Proactively manage deadlines and caseloads.

Requirements

• JD degree and bar license in Connecticut, with the ability to become barred in other states.
• Minimum of 1 year of civil litigation experience.
• Background in personal injury, insurance defense, or subrogation.
• Ability to manage approximately 100 cases.
• Superior research, negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
• Access to a vehicle for court appearances.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar license in Connecticut.

Skills

• Strong research and negotiation abilities.

• Proficiency in managing large caseloads.
