Duties:

• Manage assigned family law matters with minimal oversight

• Draft legal memoranda, pleadings, declarations, and motions

• Handle civil discovery and related procedural tasks

• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine litigation strategy

• Advocate for clients in a proactive and organized manner

• Support senior attorneys as needed on complex matters

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in family law or civil litigation

• Demonstrated ability to independently manage client relationships and case workflows

• Strong legal research and persuasive writing capabilities

• Commitment to accountability, client service, and timely communication

• Comfortable in a fast-paced legal environment

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
