Duties

• Manage components of transactions independently.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in asset-based finance at a large law firm.
• Experience with cross-border transactions and restructurings is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills.
• Member of the State Bar of New York.

Education

• Strong academic credentials required.

• State Bar of New York membership.
