A law firm seeks an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join their team in a hybrid capacity, supporting offices in Philadelphia, PA, and Cherry Hill, NJ. This role is ideal for an attorney with a strong background in personal injury litigation who enjoys managing their own caseload and collaborating with both litigation and pre-litigation teams.

Duties

• Manage a personal injury litigation caseload.
• Evaluate claims and develop litigation strategies.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and depositions.
• Conduct legal research and draft briefs, opinions, and memorandums.
• Litigate pre-trial motions.
• Prepare for and represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and trials, including jury trials.
• Maintain strong file management and compliance with deadlines.

Requirements

• PA and NJ Bar Admission required.
• 3-10+ years of personal injury experience.
• Familiarity with Litify software is a plus.
• Strong written, oral, and organizational skills.

Education

• J.D. required.

Certifications

• Bar Admission in PA and NJ.
