Adjunct Faculty- Law

The candidate will be responsible for: Participating in the online classroom a minimum of five days per week, including one weekend day. Conducting a minimum of seven live, hour-long lectures per term using Blackboard Collaborate. Grading and providing detailed feedback on all assignments (critical thinking assignments and discussion board) within 72 hours of assignment due date. This includes in-depth feedback specific to the critical thinking assignment rubrics. Actively responding to student emails and requests within 24 hours. Must be a scholar in the Legal field. Preferred additional qualifications are listed below: Hold at least one postgraduate degree in Law (e.g., J.D., LL.M., PhD). Participate in academic conferences (such as those put forth by the ABA, IBA, or CCBE) and conduct research related to the legal field. Work experience in a law firm or as in-house counsel for an organization. Admission to an administrative licensing body in your state, province, or country such as a State Bar, Saudi Bar Association, or Inns of Court. Experience in developing and teaching law courses for an online program. Experience teaching or working in the Middle East a plus.
