Duties

• Engage in client consultations and planning meetings.
• Oversee a large caseload and paralegal staff.
• Participate in client acquisition and business development.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in estate and trust administration.
• Proficiency in drafting estate planning documents.
• Experience in tax planning for high-net-worth individuals.
• Familiarity with will contests and estate litigation preferred.
• Experience with corporate succession planning and LLCs is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of New York.
