Duties

• Attend law and motion hearings, and conduct evidentiary hearings and trials.
• Draft, review, and negotiate advanced legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and stay informed on family law developments.
• Strategize with the team to achieve favorable client outcomes.
• Mentor and support junior attorneys.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years of family law experience.
• Strong courtroom presence and communication skills.
• Commitment to guiding families with honesty and compassion.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active membership in the state bar.

Skills

• Excellent legal research and writing abilities.
• Strong negotiation and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to mentor and lead junior attorneys.
