Duties

• Draft motions for relief from the automatic stay.
• Prepare and defend secured creditor proofs of claims.
• Defend motions to value.
• Draft pleadings to protect creditor interests.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates to the firm's systems of record.
• Collaborate with attorneys, support staff, and firm members.

Requirements

• Over eight years of experience in civil litigation, real estate, or equivalent fields.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work accurately and productively.
• Proactive relationship development in the industry.
• Preferred knowledge of TILA, RESPA, and FDCPA.
• Experience in appellate practice is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar License in the state of SC (required); multiple licenses are a plus.
