This role involves taking and defending expert and witness depositions, drafting litigation documents, developing client relationships, and preparing for trial.

Duties:

• Take and defend expert and witness depositions
• Draft original motions and other litigation-related documents on complex matters
• Draft discovery requests and responses to be exchanged with various parties
• Develop client relationships through oral and written communication
• Prepare for trial including motions in limine, exhibit lists, and witness lists

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree from a top law school
• Licensed to practice law in California
• 2+ years of asbestos or toxic tort litigation experience
• Experience in a billable work environment
• Self-motivated individual with high energy willing to meet deadlines
• Superior written and oral communication skills with attention to detail

Education:

Juris Doctor degree from a top law school

Certifications:

California Bar license
