A prestigious law firm in Princeton, NJ, is seeking a highly motivated Insurance and Reinsurance Litigation Associate Attorney with 4-7 years of experience in insurance coverage and commercial litigation. The ideal candidate will have expertise in handling complex insurance coverage issues across various policies, including professional liability, general liability, and directors and officers insurance. The firm is looking for an attorney who can thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Duties:

• Manage insurance coverage issues in professional liability, general liability, and directors' and officers insurance policies.
• Handle all aspects of civil litigation, including drafting pleadings, dispositive motions, and conducting discovery motions.
• Take depositions and make court appearances based on experience.
• Independently manage cases from inception through resolution, ensuring effective client communication and case strategy.
• Participate in business development and client relationship management activities.
• Work on high-exposure, complex insurance, and reinsurance claims, collaborating with senior attorneys and clients.

Requirements:

• 4-7 years of experience in insurance coverage and commercial litigation.
• Proven track record in civil litigation, including discovery, pleadings, and motions practice.
• Ability to manage cases independently and interact effectively with clients.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Excellent academic credentials.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey (or eligible to become licensed).
