A respected plaintiffs’ law firm is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney to join its Los Angeles office. The firm handles high-impact cases involving childhood sexual abuse, personal injury, wrongful death, elder abuse, wildfire-related claims, and mass torts. This role is being recruited on behalf of the law firm by a legal recruiting agency.

Location:

• Los Angeles, CA

Duties:

• Manage all phases of civil litigation from complaint through trial

• Draft pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and legal briefs

• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and jury trials

• Collaborate with team members on litigation strategy and client communications

• Represent plaintiffs in cases involving trauma, injury, or misconduct

• Contribute to firm growth through case intake and client referrals

Requirements:

• Active California Bar license

• Civil litigation experience (plaintiffs' personal injury experience preferred, but not required)

• Background in employment law, medical malpractice, or insurance defense also considered

• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize case responsibilities

• Willingness to work in a hybrid office model in Beverly Hills, CA

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the State of California
