Judicial Law Clerk
The candidate will work for the 2021-22 term. This position involves highly responsible legal work. Work includes the performance of case specific duties including research and writing memoranda. Should have degree from an accredited law school (top 20% of class is preferred); experience in legal writing and research; and familiarity with Nebraska law. The applicant is expected to become a member of the Nebraska State Bar.
