Duties:

• Lead family law cases from initial intake through resolution

• Deliver consistent, high-quality service to clients, including regular updates and detailed case reviews

• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and consultations

• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, and correspondence

• Leverage legal technology for case management and performance tracking

• Collaborate with practice managers to enhance procedural efficiency and client outcomes

• Contribute to a team-based legal environment committed to excellence and innovation

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience handling family law matters in Texas

• Licensed to practice law in Texas for at least 2 years

• Demonstrated proficiency in courtroom litigation and client consultations

• Skilled in legal drafting, case analysis, and managing discovery

• Enthusiastic, driven, and highly organized

• Comfortable using case management and legal drafting software (e.g., Clio, TxDoc), and standard office productivity tools

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license in good standing with the Texas State Bar

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
