Duties:

• Handle a full caseload involving divorce, custody, support, and property issues.

• Draft legal pleadings, correspondence, settlement agreements, and trial documents.

• Attend and advocate in hearings, mediations, and trials.

• Provide strategic legal counsel to clients throughout all stages of litigation.

• Conduct discovery, legal research, and case analysis.

• Collaborate with legal assistants, paralegals, and administrative staff to move cases forward efficiently.

• Maintain current knowledge of relevant case law and statutory changes.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in family law litigation.

• Active license to practice law in Texas and good standing with the State Bar.

• Demonstrated ability to handle emotionally sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism.

• Experience managing multiple cases in various stages of litigation.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar of Texas.
