Duties
Represent clients in state and federal court litigation
Handle enforcement of loan documents, foreclosures, evictions, and collections
Manage bankruptcy proceedings and landlord/tenant matters
Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
Conduct legal research and provide strategic counsel on financial litigation matters
Engage in oral advocacy, including court hearings and depositions
Work both independently and collaboratively within the litigation team
Requirements
Admission to practice law in the State of Minnesota
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to manage a large, fast-paced workload
Capacity to work independently and under supervision
Prior experience working with financial institutions in enforcement and litigation matters preferred
Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Certifications
Active and good-standing membership with the Minnesota Bar
Skills
Proficiency in legal research and writing
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective case and time management skills
Ability to multi-task in a high-volume practice
Experience in civil and commercial litigation is a plus
