Duties

• Advocate for client interests in judicial forums and administrative hearings

• Prepare pleadings, motions, and related legal instruments for debt litigation matters

• Guide clients through dispute resolution processes, regulatory compliance, and settlement options

• Interpret contract terms and obligations tied to financial disputes

• Maintain compliance with all applicable legal and ethical standards

• Oversee routine operations associated with managing active legal files

Requirements

• Experience in litigation or collections-focused legal practice

• Demonstrated experience interpreting and managing creditor-debtor legal issues

• Knowledge of procedural requirements for California courts and relevant federal debt statutes

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications

• Active membership in the State Bar of California
