Strategic Partners Legal Principal

The candidate will be responsible for working with the SP General Counsel, SP legal staff, and external counsel on all legal documents relating to transaction negotiation and execution. Advising on fund formation and legal matters relating to fund marketing. Partnering with the SP General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer to implement the funds’ compliance programs. Supporting investor reporting and correspondence. Coordinating with funds’ investment and operational professionals regarding all fund matters.
