Duties

• Develop ethical and effective solutions to legal issues.
• Communicate with clients to provide essential advice and explain potential outcomes.
• Strategize on case resolution, aiming for favorable outcomes for clients.
• Prepare and present arguments in civil legal proceedings.
• Stay informed on current legislation and legal practices.
• Build and maintain trustworthy relationships with clients.
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and other necessary contracts.
• Assist clients in the execution of legal agreements.
• Negotiate on behalf of clients.
• Prepare for trials and represent clients in court.

Requirements

• Proven experience in litigation, preferably in personal injury law.
• Strong client communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop case strategies and resolve cases effectively.
• Excellent negotiation and trial preparation skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the relevant state.
