Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active license in South Carolina.
• Proven experience in family law practice or other litigation experience.
• Proficiency in legal research platforms; familiarity with research techniques is essential.
• Excellent writing skills demonstrated through clear legal drafting.
• Strong negotiation skills to facilitate settlements or advocate in court.
• Exceptional research abilities combined with analytical thinking.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
