Requirements

• Judicial clerkship or litigation experience of 1-2 years preferred.
• Experience in a Solicitor's or Public Defender's office is advantageous.
• Strong critical thinking, writing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in analyzing issues in complex litigation.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

• Bar licensure in South Carolina.
