Location:

• Cinnaminson, NJ

Duties:

• Manage litigation cases from intake through resolution or trial

• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and administrative proceedings

• Develop and implement strategic legal plans in collaboration with clients

• Draft, revise, and finalize legal documents and pleadings

• Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes effectively

• Supervise and mentor paralegals and junior attorneys

• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance throughout all case stages

• Handle administrative duties related to client communications and case management

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience (10+ years preferred)

• Proven experience managing complex caseloads independently

• Leadership and mentoring capability

• Strong client communication and courtroom presentation skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in New Jersey

• Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania strongly preferred

Skills:

• Litigation strategy and courtroom advocacy

• Legal research and document drafting

• Negotiation and settlement proficiency

• Strong organizational and case management ability

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with Amicus Attorney a plus)

• High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
