Location:

Duties:

• Evaluate new case files to develop action plans, budgets, and legal strategies

• Prepare and manage discovery, including document production and responses

• Attend and report on depositions, hearings, and related litigation events

• Communicate regularly with clients, paralegals, and legal support staff

• Negotiate settlements and manage pre-trial strategy

• Oversee case progression with minimal supervision

• Meet performance benchmarks aligned with advancement opportunities

Requirements:

• 1–5 years of workers’ compensation or related litigation experience

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

• Interest in professional development and long-term firm growth

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in South Carolina

• Member in good standing with the South Carolina Bar

Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal document management systems
