A law firm seeks a full-time Associate Attorney in Topeka, KS. The firm handles a variety of civil cases, including insurance matters, automobile negligence, product liability, and commercial contracts, as well as a robust collections practice. Candidates must be committed to residing in either the Topeka or Wichita areas and hold bar licensure in Kansas, with Missouri licensure being advantageous.

Duties

• Represent clients in civil and collection cases statewide.
• Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Attend court hearings both in person and virtually.
• Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.
• Deliver client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice.

Requirements

• Bar licensure in Kansas; Missouri licensure is a plus.
• Commitment to residing in Topeka or Wichita, KS.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar licensure in Kansas.
