Location:

Duties:

• Represent plaintiffs in personal injury cases, managing litigation from inception to resolution.

• Handle cases in both state and federal courts.

• Conduct depositions and engage in discovery processes.

• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.

• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare memoranda.

• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of litigation experience, with a focus on personal injury cases.

• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

• Experience handling depositions and managing cases in state and federal court.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Must be a member in good standing with the Florida Bar.

Skills:

• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
