Duties

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant finance experience.
• Strong understanding of private credit and acquisition finance.
• Experience with leveraged finance transactions preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the State Bar of California.
