A law firm seeks a mid-senior level Finance Associate with experience in sponsor or lender side finance in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will have a background in representing lenders or borrowers in complex financings for acquisitions, buyouts, restructurings, and other corporate finance transactions.

Duties

• Represent lenders and borrowers in sophisticated financing transactions.
• Handle acquisitions, buyouts, and restructurings.
• Engage in special situations and corporate finance transactions.

Requirements

• Experience at a peer firm in finance-related roles.
• Proven track record with investment and commercial banks or private equity sponsors.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in California preferred.
