Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive legal research using tools such as Westlaw or LexisNexis

• Draft pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and other legal documents

• Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and negotiations

• Manage case files and ensure all legal deadlines and documentation are accurately maintained

• Communicate with clients to assess case goals and provide strategic legal advice

• Stay up to date on developments in personal injury, tort law, and related regulations

• Assist with general administrative tasks and contribute to overall firm operations

Requirements:

• At least 2–3 years of experience in personal injury law preferred

• Strong litigation and negotiation background

• Experience working in a law office with involvement in case management

• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and handle a full caseload

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in California

• In good standing with the California State Bar

Skills:
