Duties
- Represent clients in removal proceedings before Immigration Court.

- Conduct master calendar and individual hearings.
- Develop case strategy for various immigration reliefs.
- Interview clients and prepare supporting evidence and affidavits.

- Communicate clearly with clients regarding case status and options.
- Collaborate with legal staff and attorneys as needed.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active bar membership in good standing (any U.S. jurisdiction).
- Admission to practice before EOIR or eligibility to obtain promptly.
- Prior experience in removal defense and immigration court preferred.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly to detention centers.
- Spanish fluency preferred.
- Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Active bar membership in good standing (any U.S. jurisdiction).
Skills
- Experience with asylum and complex removal defense cases.
- Fluency in additional languages a plus.
- Familiarity with immigration case management systems.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
