Duties

Requirements

• 5-6 years of experience with CC&Rs and real estate development.
• Strong understanding of covenants, conditions, and restrictions.
• Experience with high-rise, mixed-use, or master-planned developments.
• Familiarity with real property disclosure laws and insurance coverage.
• Admission to the State Bar of California.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.
