Duties

• Collaborate with experienced attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants.
• Prepare evidence, documents, and presentations for trial.
• Handle depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.

Requirements

• Two to four plus years of legal experience.
• Knowledge of state and federal laws and procedures.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage large caseloads and multiple priorities.
• Commitment to excellent performance.

Education

• Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license in Missouri.
• Ability to become licensed in Illinois, Kansas, Iowa, or Nebraska.
