• Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
• Draft and review legal documents, including agreements, contracts, and tax filings.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and departments to develop comprehensive tax strategies for clients.
• Represent clients in tax-related disputes and negotiations with tax authorities.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience as a Tax Associate Attorney in a law firm setting.
• Proven experience in bankruptcy/financial restructuring, special situations, and private credit.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the New York State Bar (or willingness to become admitted).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
