Duties:

• Provide legal advice on trust and estate matters, including wills, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
• Collaborate with clients to develop strategies for wealth preservation and tax efficiency.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on state and federal regulations affecting trusts and estates.
• Work closely with other attorneys to ensure a seamless approach to estate planning and administration.
• Manage multiple assignments and priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in estate planning and trust law, particularly with high-net-worth clients.
• Proficiency in drafting a variety of estate planning documents with a focus on detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate complex information to clients and team members.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• LLM in Taxation or Estate Planning is preferred.

Certifications:

• Active Bar admission in both New Jersey and New York is required.
