Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Product Liability Attorney for a remote position in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. The role involves defending product manufacturers, suppliers, and resellers in product liability and toxic tort cases. The attorney will work with clients in industries such as AI/robotics, automotive, consumer products, and more.

Duties

• Manage cases with a high degree of autonomy.
• Draft briefs, correspondence, and respond to written discovery.
• Oversee document collection, review, and production.
• Conduct causation and/or failure analysis.
• Handle multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of experience in Products Liability or Commercial Litigation.
• Strong case management skills and team-oriented attitude.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Active bar membership in the state of residence or ability to waive into a state with a firm office.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active bar membership.
