The candidate's work will involve acquisitions, divestitures, equity and debt financings, private equity-sponsored transactions, joint ventures, strategic investments, and other corporate transactions. Should have a strong general corporate transactional background, including solid experience in drafting and reviewing sophisticated M&A and other corporate documentation, as well as a working knowledge of market terms for the above corporate transactions in a broad cross-section of industries. Superior academic credentials, coupled with strong written, interpersonal and communication skills, are required.
