Duties

• Work on litigation matters involving ADA and accommodations law, focusing on website accessibility.
• Collaborate with team members to provide strategic guidance on ADA accessibility compliance and risk mitigation.
• Handle physical accessibility litigation and California privacy-related litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research and writing.
• Support the team on employment & labor and litigation matters as needed.
