The ideal candidate must have an advanced degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, and/or the life sciences and/or will have considerable industry experience in at least one of these technical fields. Technology transaction experience is also preferred. Should be registered with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, admitted to practice law in one or more states, and willing to become Barred in North Carolina and/or South Carolina.
