HRIS Analyst
Duties: Respond to data requests, providing complex analysis and information design. Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools and develop standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Interface with other departments, responding to reporting needs and providing HR data to facilitate survey completion. Assist subject matter experts with testing of system changes and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. Troubleshoot data or system interface issues; work with IT, vendors, and internal users to resolve issues. Communicate accurately, timely and professionally to employees, managers, payroll and other team members Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data. Maintain a detailed understanding and working knowledge of the current HR system, its functions and its relationship to other information systems within the firm. Maintain user guides and quick reference materials and provide training to end users; and additional related duties as assigned by the HRIS Manager.
