Location:

• Jonesboro, Georgia

Duties:

• Represent personal injury clients in all stages of litigation including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, negotiations, mediation, arbitration, hearings, jury and bench trials, and post-trial motions

• Prepare cases thoroughly for trial and serve as first or second chair

• Manage a high-volume caseload from inception to resolution

• Supervise and mentor litigation paralegals, case managers, and legal support staff

• Provide strategic guidance and collaborate with overseas support teams

• Track billable hours and time spent on individual case tasks

• Participate in performance-based bonus opportunities and client origination programs

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 jury trials (first or second chair) in personal injury cases

• Experience with motions, bench trials, appellate briefs, mediation, and arbitration

• Ability to handle a fast-paced caseload and meet deadlines

• Demonstrated leadership in managing litigation teams

• Willingness to work the hours necessary to meet performance and case objectives

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.), LLM, or JSD from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia

• Additional bar memberships are a plus

Skills:

• Excellent oral and written advocacy skills

• Strong research, drafting, and legal analysis abilities

• Skilled in client communication and litigation strategy

• Proven ability to lead and mentor team members
