Job Overview:
A respected law firm is currently seeking an experienced North Carolina Licensed Family Law Attorney to join their Domestic Law Team. This position involves handling family law hearings and cases through to final orders, providing opportunities for career growth within a supportive and professional environment.

Location:

• Winston-Salem, NC

Duties:

• Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, custody, and child support cases
• Prepare and file legal documents, including petitions, motions, and agreements
• Attend hearings, mediations, and trials
• Provide legal counsel to clients regarding family law issues
• Manage caseloads efficiently and meet deadlines
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations

Requirements:

• North Carolina Bar License (Active and in good standing)
• Proven experience in family law practice
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina

Skills:

• Expertise in family law and domestic relations
• Proficient in legal research and writing
• Negotiation and mediation skills
• Strong courtroom presence and litigation experience
