Job Title: PI Pre-Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Overview:
A respected law firm located in Irvine, CA is seeking a dynamic and driven Associate Attorney to support its Pre-Litigation Personal Injury team. Duties:

• Manage an active docket of personal injury cases from intake through pre-litigation stages

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including intake, case managers, demand writers, property damage specialists, and lien negotiators

• Articulate legal strategies clearly to clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders

• Represent clients at hearings and manage legal proceedings as needed

• Gain mentorship from experienced supervising attorneys to deepen knowledge of pre-litigation processes

• Ensure cases progress efficiently and effectively with a client-focused approach

Requirements:

• Active license and good standing with the California State Bar

• Demonstrated experience or interest in personal injury law

• High-level legal research and writing capability

• Strategic mindset with the ability to navigate complex negotiations

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Professional demeanor with strong communication skills

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

• Spanish fluency is a significant asset

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to practice law in California (Required)

Skills:

• Legal analysis and persuasive writing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and legal case software

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
