The candidate will handle pre-suit motor vehicle liability (MVA)/automobile accident cases in Irvine, Orange County, and its surrounding areas. Will report to the Senior Attorney Director - Legal Services. Responsible for the day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work. Complete the Flip-to-Litigation approval. Guide clients through the case process. Draft and file pre-litigation documents. Complete TD approval for liability issues. Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages. Manage the release approval process. Manage a team of 6-10 case managers. Focus on personal injury cases, primarily automotive. Drive compliance and KPIs amongst the team. Must be an active member in good standing with the State Bar Association.
