The candidate deals with people going through lawsuits due to injury from work - empathy and caring for others and community is essential to the success of the position. Client communication via phone, text, and email. Scheduling medical appointments for clients. Maintaining the team calendar including scheduling appointments and other activities for the Attorney and Case Manager. Communicating case status to clients. Drafting and Proof-Reading general correspondence and court documents. Requires bilingualism in Spanish/English (Read, Write and Speak).
