Defense Litigation Associate Attorney

Profile

San Francisco office of our client seeks associate attorney with 2-5 years of defense litigation experience in product liability, toxic tort or asbestos. The candidate will manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end. Will have ability to assume case management responsibilities right away. Regularly handle court appearances and assigned depositions. Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects nationwide. Communicate with clients and provide status reports. Should be admitted to practice in the State of California. Must have experience with motion practice and depositions. Experience taking lead in plaintiff and expert depositions is essential. 2nd chair trial experience is preferred. Legal project management experience is essential.
