Duties

• Handle a variety of commercial and business transactions

• Support real estate transactions and related legal work
• Assist with probate matters as needed
• Provide legal analysis and guidance across commercial practice areas

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of relevant legal experience preferred
• Experience in business transactions, corporate law, and commercial matters
• Familiarity with real estate and probate work is beneficial
• Strong academic background
• Good standing within the legal community
• Licensed in North Dakota or willingness to obtain licensure

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active bar membership in North Dakota or eligibility for admission
